Bali Will Have Tourism Train on 2015

Bali will have a mass transit railway land routes. The train will support the tourism sector in Bali. It was marked by the signing of the MoU between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Communications, Government of Bali Province, and PT Kereta Api Indonesia in Jakarta Gedung Sapta Enchantment on Monday (12/27/2010).The train which was developed for tourism in Bali was the first.
"Air transportation is inadequate to meet the needs of tourism in Bali," said Minister of SOEs Mustafa Abubakar. The train can help reduce pressure on roads on the island of Bali.
The same thing also disclosed Culture and Tourism Jero Wacik. According to Jero, South Bali street is very bad. Congestion into daily food for a solid area tourist attractions and the hotel. Therefore, rail becomes a solution to overcome the bottlenecks in Bali. The train is also a tourist attraction for domestic and foreign.
"The train is developed for tourism in Bali was the first," said Transportation Minister Freddy Numberi.

The signing of the MoU made by Director General of Tourism Destination Development Firmansyah Rahim, Director General of Railways Tunjung Henderawan, Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika, and president director of PT KAI Ignatius Jonan.
After the MoU was signed, will set up working teams to discuss the follow up and action plans for implementation of the railway began in January 2011. Railway line is planned to be along the 565 km around the island of Bali. The project is expected to be completed in 2015.
